THE EXISTING SOLUTIONS--
   
1 Homogenization
  It helps to prevent pipe & nozzle from blocking, but incapable of increasing combustion efficiency Dosing additive.
   
2 Dosing additive
  It could help but the problem is cost & additional equipment is required.
   
3 Use emulsified fuel oil
 

1. It helps, but there is the possibility of separation of the emulsion if stored for long periods.
